What is hypnotherapy? Modern hypnotherapy is a collaborative process where you and I work together towards your goals. Hypnosis is a relaxed state where you can think clearly and allow your amazing, powerful imagination to work for your benefit. My role is to guide you to achieve that state where your mind can be active and facilitate your process.
How can it help me? Hypnotherapy can help with issues including stress, anxiety, sleep, confidence, fears, phobias, pain management and many others.
Why breath & hypnotherapy? I use the power of the breath to enhance hypnotherapy effectiveness by taking the brain to the place where it’s most ‘plastic’ (i.e. where changes can most easily be made). Each approach is tailored to the individual client and will use a combination of techniques across both disciplines.

The number of sessions varies depending on the person and the nature of the issue but this is a brief, solution-focused, collaborative process. My aim is always to complete our work together in as few sessions as possible, while going at a pace that feels right for you.
The approach will be guided by our initial 15-min consultation but I typically offer a package of 4 sessions as I have found that this allows time to work on the issue, address anything that comes up as part of that process and consolidate the changes you’ve made for the future. Initial sessions are 60-90 mins with further sessions of 45–60 mins.
Breath therapy to optimise breathing, work on dysfunctional breathing patterns and/or support post Covid recovery may require a single session (60 mins).
