By booking a class/event you are confirming that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and that you acknowledge that your participation in the class/event is voluntary and that you are participating at your own risk. Please see the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation policy:
Open classes
If you book a single class via credit card then this booking cannot be cancelled. If you book a class using pass credits then you can cancel your booking up to 4 hrs before the class start time and the credit will be refunded to your account.
Open events
Due to the small, bespoke nature of these events, bookings are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to come, you are welcome to sell your space on to another person as long as you give the contact details of the attendee to Alex Chandler. On occasion, it may be possible to fill your place from the waiting list. If so, then you have the option to transfer to a future event.
Private classes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please give 24 hours notice otherwise the full class rate is payable.
Private events
Cancellation policy is agreed on an event by event basis.
