stress, anxiety, fears, and phobias, pain, sleep and eating habits/weight management.
Private classes allow for a level of focus on your personal practice beyond what is possible in a group class. Meeting you wherever you are from a physical and mental perspective each time, my aim is to find what works for you rather than imposing something, giving you the time, space and support to connect to yourself.
